Broker Disclosure
Everything the rules require a charter broker to make clear, gathered here so it can be read at once rather than assembled from six pages. Every sentence of it also appears where it is relevant elsewhere.
One: what this company is
Longeron Air Charter LLC, trading as Longeron, is an air charter broker. It is not a direct air carrier. It does not operate aircraft, holds no air carrier operating certificate of any kind, and employs no flight crew.
It acts as an agent for the person requesting a charter, arranging carriage with a certificated operator that performs the flight.
Two: who actually flies
The flight is performed by a certificated operator, which is the party responsible for the aircraft, the crew, its own certificate, its own insurance and its own contract with the passenger.
The identity of that operator is disclosed in writing on request, at any point, before anything is committed. That disclosure is not conditional and does not have to be argued for.
Three: what is charged, and by whom
The amount quoted is what the operator requires for the trip, together with the fees and charges that attach to it.
No passenger pays this desk anything at any point, and no page of this site asks for a card. This company is compensated through its arrangement with the operator, and a passenger who wants that confirmed in writing for their own trip will receive it in the quote.
Four: what is not represented
- That this company is an airline, an air carrier, or the operator of any flight
- Anything at all about an operator's regulatory standing: this desk does not say that any of them is licensed, does not say insured, does not say vetted, does not say audited and does not say safety rated, having verified none of it
- That any aircraft is owned or controlled by this company
- That any price is fixed, guaranteed or held, when it is a report of what an operator answered at a stated time

Longeron is an independent air charter broker. It is connected to no airline, no aircraft operator, no airport and no government body, none of them endorses or sponsors it, and it speaks for none of them.
