Reaching the desk
Contact the Desk
A telephone inside posted hours, a street address, two mail addresses, one form. A person reads whatever arrives and comes back inside a working day or two.

The desk is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm Central. A request sent outside those hours waits in the mailbox until somebody opens it, and no page here says anything different.
Outside those hours nothing is read. A line answered around the clock is absent from the claims this site makes, on the claims table, for exactly that reason: nobody sits here at three in the morning.

Where a message ends up
Read by a person. Queried where it is unclear. Put to operators. Held for as long as the trip is live and a short while after, all of which is three rows on the privacy policy.
There is no mailing list to join, so joining one is not a risk here. Ask a question and an answer comes back; ask nothing and nothing arrives.
Three questions nobody here can answer
- What a charter costs, before it is asked about. No tariff sits here to quote from. Ask and a real answer follows in a working day or two. Guess and it arrives in ten seconds and is worth what it cost.
- Whether an operator is safe, certificated or insured. Nobody's paperwork has been read here, and another company's standing before a regulator is not something to characterize from a desk. Naming that operator is the part that can honestly be done, and it always is.
- Whether a given aircraft can work a given field. A performance calculation, made by the operator, using its own figures, on the day, for the weight actually going aboard.
Something here is wrong
The page and the sentence, to files@autumnlanes.com. Whatever the sentence came from is checked. Either the page changes and its date moves with it, or a reply explains why it stays.
