1. Who this is

2. What this company is

Longeron Air Charter LLC is an air charter broker and not a direct air carrier. It owns no aircraft, employs no flight crew and holds no operating certificate. It takes a request, asks certificated operators what they can fly, and arranges the charter with one of them. An air charter broker, and not a direct air carrier.

3. Taken on

Writing a request down accurately and whole.

Putting it to operators certificated for the trip described.

Reporting back every answer word for word, marked with the hour it was given.

Naming the operator in writing on any request to do so.

Carrying a change to that operator inside the working day, with nothing charged for it here.

4. Not taken on, and not capable of being asked for

Carriage. Nobody is carried by this company: no aircraft owned, no crew employed, no operating certificate held, no aircraft insurance carried. Pricing falls the same way, there being no tariff.

Nor is any warranty given on how an operator performs, nor any characterization offered of an operator's certificate, insurance or safety standing. This company acts for the passenger asking and for nobody else. Longeron is an independent air charter broker. It is connected to no airline, no aircraft operator, no airport and no government body, none of them endorses or sponsors it, and it speaks for none of them.

5. Carried by the operator

The aircraft. The crew. Its certificate, its insurance, its price, its contract of carriage. From the moment a charter is arranged the carriage contract runs between passenger and operator, with this company outside it.

6. Money

Nothing is ever paid to Longeron Air Charter LLC by a passenger, and no page of this site carries a card field. Compensation comes through the arrangement with the operator.

Which is why nothing here resembles a shop: no price list, no order, no deposit, no shipping, no refund from this address. Clauses covering those are missing because the things themselves are.

7. Quotes

What operators said, at a stated hour. Binding nobody, creating no obligation, and expiring, two of the three short lived answers holding it up moving by the hour. It cannot be accepted, being no offer.

8. Accuracy

The pages are kept accurate as far as effort allows. Completeness and currency are not warranted, and wherever an answer belongs to somebody else the page says so. Errors to files@autumnlanes.com.

9. Copyright, running both ways

Writing and pictures belong to Longeron Air Charter LLC. Quote a sentence or two with the page named and no permission is needed; reproduce a page or lift a picture and it is needed in writing.

Anyone who believes something here is theirs should write to files@autumnlanes.com naming page, passage and the work said to be copied. Order of events: down first, examined second, and the reply says what was examined. Post arrives at the clause 1 address.

10. Liability, and where it rests

The flight is performed by an operator, which answers for how it is performed. To the extent the law allows, Longeron Air Charter LLC carries no liability for an operator's acts or omissions, nor for any decision taken on the strength of a quote.

Liabilities that cannot be contracted away sit outside this clause altogether, fraud among them, and death or personal injury arising from negligence.

11. Law, venue and amendment

Governed by the law of Texas, venue Dallas County. Strike one clause as unenforceable and the remainder still binds. Amendments bite on publication, and the date at the foot of every page records the last time that happened. Reviewed August 10, 2026.
